About Queenie

Miss Queenie is anxiously waiting to paw through your application(s) to find her new forever home and best friend! Meet Queenie, she is a 1.5 yr old, 9.5 lb. Female Morkie! At first, Queenie is a bit timid and shy but will warm up to all gentle souls that give her love and good belly rubs! She did come from a puppy mill environment and may pace and hesitate to approach humans but is approachable as she realizes human touch has super great benefits; she does love it. Queenie is so new to the free world; she is in her early stages of basic dog training. She is good at being in her crate, but also loves freedom. She is learning 'potty outside' and her new people need to learn her 'pacing' signal to take her out for potty. Highly recommend a fenced yard as she is a flight risk until she learns her boundaries and security of her new home. She is well-behaved, has shown no aggression, loves other dogs. She has not been exposed to cats or children. She is chill around lots of dogs so cats may be a non-issue and believe she would thrive with older kids who know she needs gentle love. Queenie is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. An adoption fee of $550 is required. She is currently being fostered in Lindenhurst IL.
