Cosmo is great dog, but is just too much for us as we have 2 other dogs and 4 kids. We can't give the time and attention he needs. we foster/adopted him as he was abandoned at a local vets office. We hoped to keep him, but he is too much for us and our neighbor has now been complaining that he's barking and says he's jumped the fence (we have not witnessed this).
