Good with other dogs/cats? Yes to both. Good with adults/kids? Personality: affectionate and playful. Reason for rescue: owner release Wilbur is neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and current on vaccinations and preventatives. Wilbur is partially blind, but it does not slow him down. Our vet believes he is completely blind in his right eye. He navigates his way around very well so we believe he was born this way. He is the happiest dog you'd ever meet, despite it all!
