Sadly, it's likely that he was abandoned there. Despite his rough start, Packer has shown nothing but love and resilience, proving just how special he truly is. Here's the best part: Packer is fantastic with children, even little ones as young as 1 year old! His gentle and patient nature makes him an amazing fit for families. Currently thriving in a loving foster home, Packer has shown he's a social butterfly who gets along wonderfully with other dogs.
