About Debra

Debra does a lot of owner searching when she is outside. She came to us clean and a good body weight. We also think we can see the imprint of a harness she wore. People dump dogs, lose them and never look, but the dogs always search for home. Debra allows for handling all over when she isn't trying to escape. Each day she gets a bit more relaxed, but she is still in a crowded shelter. That will never be the same as the comforts of a loving home. Come meet her at the CACC shelter at 2741 S. Western Ave in Chicago! Adoptions take place daily.
