Mowgli, A2171542, is in a high kill shelter in Los Angeles, California. He was found in a parking lot at a tire store! So heartbreaking! The shelter is in severe overcrowding condition & euthanasia is occurring at an alarming rate. Please adopt him & get him out of such a scary place ASAP! He is 4 months old and 48lbs. He was born missing the bottom portion of his foot comprising of the toes on his rear right foot so he is handicapped but that doesn't stop him! He walks well on a leash. Loves other dogs.
