ercy does look like a pug, on steroids. Percy is thick, stocky, and hilarious. Percy knows sit, takes treats nicely, and looks at you like you owe him money. We aren't sure Percy will pass for a pug in those weight limited buildings, but hey, if gets him more attention in a sea of homeless dogs, we'll call him a pug.
