Upon visiting the vet, we learned that little Ruby had suffered a broken back leg. The circumstances of their abandonment remain a mystery-whether they were thrown from a moving car or if Ruby was hit by one. Thankfully, Ruby is now in the care of a loving foster and is on her way to recovery, ready to find her forever home in the coming weeks. While Ruby is healing, Rita is stealing hearts everywhere she goes! This delightful calico is not only stunning with her vibrant colors; she is also the sweetest and funniest little companion you could ever ask for. Rita's playful antics and snuggly demeanor make her the perfect addition to any family. Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue Inc. is committed to Rita's well-being and will cover her spay surgery at the Simi Valley Spay Neuter Clinic when she turns 6 months old.
