Imagine a 8-year-old who looks like a puppy, and that's me: Tyr. Blessed with the softest, whitest fur and the sweetest, warmest personality, I have an autoimmune condition called VKH that affects my vision and limits my perception of the world. But thanks to my foster family's dedicated eye drops' regimen, I not only lead a joy-filled life, I embrace it with endless enthusiasm and energy. Highly and happily social, I absolutely ADORE affection and, being a HUGE fan of hugging, I hug my foster parents as much and as often as paws-ible. And although I haven't been formally introduced to children, my easygoing and gentle demeanor convinces me that I'd be an ideal companion for them. As active as I am affectionate, I LOVE going for walks, walking remarkably well on leash despite some occasional pulling. Why, you may ask? Because I'm ecstatic with excitement at the chance to explore my environment, and I treat each outing like the adventure it is! I also LOVE frisking and frolicking about with other equally friendly dogs. Once my playful spirit has been ignited by our mutually enjoyable encounters, there's nothing I cherish more than the fresh air against my face as we run, run, run. What I wouldn't give to have a capering canine companion awaiting me in my forever home. Still mastering such commands as 'sit' and 'stay,' and learning to counter surf less, I must, quite humbly confess that I have this hankering for ice cubes. Now that you know my tale, won't you share YOURS with me while we live our own happily-ever-after tail together forever? Not a fan of the crate, I am housebroken, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all of my shots.
