About Kal

We have a VERY special boy who is looking for his forever home. Meet Kal, whose owner surrendered him to us, because he is leaving the country and wanted to make sure his boy got the very best home. Kal's owner picked him up as a stray a couple of years ago, when he found him abandoned on a ranch in Texas. Since then, Kal has been a very loyal companion. He is a very CALM boy, who knows basic commands, is house trained, very loving and just an all-around good guy �%9D%A4 Kal is a big, 6-7 year old, weighing in at about 150 lbs., but could stand to lose a little weight to protect his joints. Kal would be the perfect companion for a retired couple or someone who works from home, who live in a rural setting, as Kal is used to living in the country with his retired owner. Kal would be perfectly happy as a single dog, as people are his focus, but gets along fine with the other dogs in his playgroup, he just doesn't show any interest in playing. That said, if you live in the Northeast OR Texas and are interested in giving this sweet guy a home, please fill out an adoption application. Hope to hear from you soon......Kal's adoption fee is $500, which includes complete vetting and medical record, new bed, Harness, leashes, collar, ball, bone, food for transitioning and transport to his new home.... Kal is currently in boarding in Texas.
