About Paige

Paige is a typical American Bulldog, in that, she loves 'her humans'. Sadly, as a puppy she was not treated well and this has caused her to be over protective of her people, her home etc. She does not do well with other animals . With other dogs she is extremely dominant and with other animals her prey drive kicks in. I recently relocated and it turns out my new complex is not as friendly of an area for Paige as I was told it would be. There is a n ongoing issue with off leash dogs here and though I can handle Paige on leash, if I can't stop the other dogs coming to her we have problems. She has been attacked once already, in less than a month, while we were trying to return to our apartment to get away from an off leash dog. I love Paige more than anything and only want the best life for her. She is incredibly smart and loving! She is also a dumb goofball and loves to play. I am looking for a very special home for her where she will feel safe. Her anxiety's going out the door every time I have to walk her just isn't fair to her.
