About Thunder

Thunder is a handsome, lovable boy that has found himself at the local public shelter where I volunteer in Greenville, NC. Adoption fees are $135, which includes up-to-date vaccines, microchip, and neuter. **ALL animals must be adopted with a plan in place to be spayed/neutered, whether this is through the vet associated with the shelter (included in adoption fee) or through a contract that adopter will pursue altering with their established vet (no discount on adoption fees for this scenario). Thunder is a large dog, weighing 81 pounds on intake. He is still learning leash manners as far as pulling while out on walks, but does well in the play areas, doing his best not to be overbearing. In the words of another volunteer: 'Thunder, a Cane Corso/mix, is a really goofy fellow that likes to run around the play yard and see what's going on in every little corner. He's very curious, energetic, and fun!! He is very strong on his leash and doesn't seem to realize how big he is! He has the cutest smooshy face!!'
