He is RESCUE ONLY even though he has done well in his kennel with another male dog and appears friendly in video. Shelter said he growled at intake. WE NEED A CHOW SAVVY FOSTER, FOSTER TO ADOPT AND OR A RESCUE TO SAVE HIM. pls contact Robin with questions or interest, as shared posts and comments may not be seen. Emergency- soon to be euthanized, shelter sent second notice, next notice is a 72 hr deadline! We are in urgent need of finding a foster and rescue for this stunningly handsome boy who is listed as a 1 year old chow, but has a fully pink tongue and may be a Samoyed or mix. We have named him Sammie and are awaiting the shelter assessment to explain why he is not being made adoptable to the general public. Adopters would need to go through a rescue and should contact us asap. We have nice video to share and medical notes. Sammie is 56 lbs and appears healthy. The shelter made him Rescue Only and now he can only be pulled by a Rescue Partner.
