Lucy is a great cat who loves people and dogs. She has converted many friends who disliked cats into cat lovers over the years. I adopted her from a humane society in 2015 where she was a test cat for new dogs who entered the shelter to see how well they behaved around cats. She has had two dog 'siblings' and loved them both while somewhat training them how to act with cats. I am re-homing Lucy because of a divorce and move. I have two other cats in addition to her, and there is not enough space or enough me for her to feel safe here now. She would do much better in a home in which she is the only cat, or at least where she has enough people and space around that she does not have to share with other cats much. I love her very much and only want the best situation for her. She would be a great first cat for someone with little to no experience with cats, or for someone with a trainable dog.
