About Panda and Grizzy

I have two very small breed chihuahuas in desperate need of a home. They are brother and sister and are very bonded. I will not separate them. They are about a pound and a half each. I can't have them where I live and only have a few days to find them a home. They do have hair loss but I am not sure what it is about. I got them from someone then lost my house after owning them for a month. They are super sweet and love people. I am moving in with my aunt who can't have dogs at her house and really need to find them a home asap. I am putting N adoption fee so they won't go to a bad place. If you can't afford the fee then you can't afford to own a dog and I want them to have a good and loving home.
