We are looking to rehome our Anatolian Shephard, Ajax. He was born August 30, 2023 and comes with AKC papers and first set of shots. Ajax has too much energy for our 1.5 acres. He loves to run, he loves to play ball and keep away, he loves to swim, and he absolutely LOVES to be brushed, petted and hugged. He has very good house manners, he knows to wait for the humans to go inside before entering, he does not get up on the couches or beds. He knows simple commands of sit, lay down, stay, come here, and walk with me. We have a 4 year old daughter and he is very good with her; however, he has growled/grumped at other kids that she was playing with. He would not be good in a home with kids. Ajax is very smart, but stubborn and is now big enough to hop our fence and has attacked other dogs. We have chickens and hasn't hurt any of them, but he chases them for because he thinks its fun. My whole flock is terrified of him. It breaks my heart to rehome him, but I feel like there is a better place for him. He really needs more than 2 acres.
