Not up to date on vaccinations. No HW test. Owner reports: Royce's owner was diagnosed with cancer and is unable to care for their two blind dogs. Royce is an indoor dog with the run of the house. He is reported to be house broken, but not leash trained. Royce is reported to be shy, but good with men, women, teenagers, children, and other dogs.
