Tommy was rescued by a Good Samaritan from a bad neglect situation and then surrendered to me. He's received one Parvo/Distemper vaccine. Adopter will complete vetting and get him neutered (mandatory). He's 75% housebroken. There is an adoption process and adoption contract.
