This precious boy was saved from an over crowded high kill shelter. He is in immediate need of a foster or adopter! Skipper is 2 years old, neutered and current on vaccinations. He is somewhat submissive around new people, but warms up quickly. He is quiet and great on leash. We haven't dog tested yet, but walking by other dogs he has no reaction.
