Hello i want to report this because there my neighbors and I've seen most of the time I've lived here there dog sometimes has food, and if she has food sometimes it has ants, same with water, they never shower her, I've seen her close for a couple of times and i know she's sick because her eyes are red and like with tears, she's full of energy but the never put attention to her so that's why I'm sending this. We have good relationship with neighbors but we don't want to ruin it and i want to ask you if this please can be anonymous.
