Has Diabetes. Current on vaccinations and HW negative (not confirmed). Owner reports that blindness happened after becoming diabetic. Owner reports: Franco's owner has moved in with her parents and they have a dog that is attacking him. Owner is also having financial difficulty managing his diabetes. Franco is an indoor dog with the run of the house. He is reported to be house broken and leash trained. Franco is reported to be outgoing and good with adults, teenagers and cats. Owner reports that 'Franco has been food aggressive since becoming blind and diabetic. He is fed on a very strict schedule as to keep up with his injections. I believe this all is because of his sugars behind too high�'�|He has bitten me and and my mom but never broke skin. Both times were when he was eating or about to eat.'
