Buddy appears to be a full blood Beagle and was found wandering the parking lot of a truck stop about 7 years ago. He is not chipped, he is heartworm positive and has been treated with natural Heart Worm Free medications. He is so sweet, docile, hungers for affection. The larger dogs in his home roll him and are abusive when the adults are not watching. Buddy then ducks and retreats to a safe area and is scared to leave his safe place. He is awesome with all animals and people if they are kind and soft spoken. He is low energy but if he is sleeping outside and you go to the woods, he will track you down and wag/smile when he finds you. lol. Not so great when you're sitting a tree stand hunting, but heartwarming nonetheless. The bad: He will urinate in your house, get into the garbage can and eat anything within his reach if he is left u supervised. He will also eat the facings off the door and tear down curtains/blinds if he's left home alone. He does well in a crate and stays close to the home when outside. He has a limp, chronic cough at times and trouble getting up more than 1 step. He's a senior dog that would be an amazing companion for someone with the time to give him supervision and attention.
