About Puppies!

BLAZE, MAPLE, SMOKY and SPICE are 8 week old mixed breed puppies who were surrendered from a bad situation to help them find good homes. They currently weigh between 7 and 8 pounds and should be medium sized dogs fully grown. Their parentage is unclear. There were three mama dogs and between them they had 16 puppies living under a house. BLAZE is curious about everything and loves to play. He will come see his foster mom briefly before bouncing off to check out something interesting or to play with one of his littermates. MAPLE is a beautiful girl with one brown eye and one blue eye. Her coat also has a slightly silver tint to it. She's a little shy with people, likes other dogs and is very adventurous and likes to explore. SMOKY is a friendly, playful, sweet boy. He loves to explore and play and enjoys cuddles and kisses in between wrestling matches and napping with his littermates. SPICE is the most affectionate of the puppies and seeks attention the most. She is smart, friendly girl who likes snuggles and playtime equally! Blaze, Maple, Smoky, and Spice love to play with big dogs and small. They are typical puppies who like to dig and chew and play and wrestle with each other. They are all sweet pups who will be great family dogs. Their foster mom is starting them on potty training and reports that they are doing very well! They have a puppy pen inside to keep them safe when they cannot be supervised and for sleeping at night. (We always recommend a puppy pen if you have a puppy in your home!) The puppies have been to the vet for a wellness check, have had two sets of puppy shots, have been fecal tested and wormed, and are microchipped with a lifetime registration. The third set of shots is covered by the rescue and their spay/neuters will be scheduled at one of our vets when they are old enough. Those procedures are covered by the rescue. Because they have pending vet appointments they are local adoption only which is within a one hour drive to Pensacola. We are a foster-based rescue located in Pensacola FL and adopt within a 6-hour drive to Pensacola. Local applicants will be given first consideration. Puppies and dogs with pending vet appointments and dogs with behavioral issues are local adoption only. We review multiple applications for each dog and pick the best fit.
