Dakota is a spirited and adventurous puppy who loves to explore the great outdoors. With her boundless energy and curiosity, she will make the perfect hiking companion. Despite her love for adventure, Dakota is also a big cuddle bug who enjoys snuggling up with her favorite humans after a day of fun. Her tail wags enthusiastically whenever she meets new friends, and her overall appearance is both striking and endearing. With floppy ears and those deep dark eyes, her friendly and outgoing personality ensures she'll quickly become a cherished member of your family. Dakota has more lab qualities and has more of a party girl attitude. There is no shoe, shoelace, socks or stick that is safe, despite the abundance of actual crew toys availabale. Dakota favors a smelly sock or untying shoes more than toys. She LOVES belly rubs and tug of war. Dakota is good with other dogs and children. She loves to explore the backyard and run around. And, she loves to follow everyone around, cuddle and give lots of puppy kisses. Dakota sleeps through the night without having accidents and she knows the commands sit, go potty, shake and she comes running if the foster says 'you want a treat' Dakota is about 11-13 weeks old. Dakota and her sister Sierra found themsleves in a shelter in NC due to Hurricane Helene. Furever Home Dog Rescue transported them to NJ to live in foster homes until they find their furever homes. Sierra can't wait to find her furever home! Is it with you? If you have a furever home for this pet, please e-mail Furever Home Dog Rescue at [email protected] and request an adoption application. The breed and age of this pet is listed as is our best guess. We have no background info on who the mom and dad are. Please note we do not adopt puppies/dogs to homes where they will be left alone all day. We do not have a shelter facility you can visit. Our volunteers foster the dogs and pups in their homes once they have been vetted and transported here to NJ. Please read our homepage to read how the adoption process works. And, to read our many reviews - www.FureverHomeDogRescue.com. Thank you!
