Rambo is being pulled from euth list in TX and being fostered in SE Wisconsin. He is victim of a cruelty case including starvation and extreme neglect. 6 months old, last weight taken in late September was 16#. Although I have not met him yet, he will arrive on 11/15, the shelter notes say he is fearful but gentle and affectionate. Because of the unknowns, he cannot go to a home with young children.
