Meet Maximo: The Playful Puppy Ready for His Forever Family Maximo's journey hasn't been easy, but he's one lucky pup. While out feeding dogs on our route, we spotted him crossing a dangerous road in the middle of nowhere. We called to him, and by some miracle, he came right to us. We were able to get a lead on him and get him to safety. Maximo was microchipped and had been recently adopted from Kern County Animal Services. Unfortunately, his owner no longer wanted him, so we stepped in to give him the second chance he deserves. This little guy is pure joy! Maximo loves to play ball, run around with other dogs, and is a total sweetheart with people. He's crate trained and is learning what it means to be loved and cared for.
