About Leo

This is a heartfelt call to find a loving, caring family for Leo, a unique and brave dog who has overcome so much. Leo is currently in Iran, staying at a private shelter with monthly boarding expenses. He is a 3.5-year-old neutered, vaccinated male who is a bundle of kindness and affection. He adores people, is wonderful with children, and gets along well with other dogs. Leo has not been around cats, so his reaction to them is unknown. Walking on a leash comes naturally to Leo, and he moves with grace and ease. With every step, his soulful eyes search for love, affection, and a chance to finally find his forever family. Leo's story is deeply moving. As a puppy, he was found with wire cruelly tied around his mouth and left under a truck to face an uncertain fate. Thankfully, he was saved, but his journey to finding safety and love continues, and now he needs a family to give him a secure, warm home.
