About Winston

Presa Canario. I have the unfortunate responsibility of settling my brother's affairs and I am sad to say, one of them is rehoming his senior Presa Canario dog, Winston. I acquired Winston 24 Oct 24 and moved him from Florida to Texas. During that time, I have found him to be calm, shy, behaved, and loving. Winston does have some separation anxiety being abruptly removed from my brother and his home. He is in 'follow you everywhere' mode. Winston follows commands, loves walks, loves to ride in the car, and is not a barker. He does get anxious during thunderstorms. Winston is too large for me to keep. I already have three smaller dogs and do not have the space for another dog, especially a large 4th dog. Winston needs space. He does not get along with our cat so he needs a no cat home. Winston is 10 years old and has been with my brother since he was a puppy. He did take to me quickly and wants nothing more than to sit at my feet and be with me. With my brother not around, he has been a little mopey. He could be a purebred, but I'm not sure and I have no papers.
