About Vinnie

Vinnie is a 75lb Husky/Shepherd mix. He is very smart and friendly and a TOTAL goofball. He loves to learn new tricks and go on long walks in nature, loves to run and swim. He has been professionally trained in a 6 week program and is well-behaved, maintaining his cheeky Husky personality with some chatter, but not barks. He's a total hoot and is very popular at all the local coffee shops and restaurants. He has done a lot of traveling and loves to ride in the car -- he's driven across the country a handful of times and goes right to sleep :) He can both sit under the table at a restaurant with you and go on your daily morning run by your side. He does well with other dogs one on one, and can hang with several once he knows them. He is super bouncy and playful and can be a bit of a loudmouth when he plays. This can be overwhelming for other dogs, so he may require multiple meetings if you have another dog. He loves kids. Mr. Vinnie would really thrive in an active household who can take him on hikes or other adventures. While he loves to be active, he does also love to chill. He will sleep in bed with you with his head on your pillow, if you'll let him. He would be a once in a lifetime gift to active people who have the time to nourish a real bond with a smart, happy, and loving gent.
