About Gus

Rehoming our loving and characterful pure-bred kelpie - Gus Gus is a healthy and happy 5-year-old Kelpie who we are sadly having to rehome as we relocate. He is desexed, fully vaccinated, microchipped and up to date on deworming. Gus spent his first 6 months on a 3,500 sheep farm and has all the instincts of a herding dog. He also loves people, belly rubs, car rides, and anything to do with games of fetch. He is a fantastic family and companion dog, happy to be inside or outside. Caveat: Gus generally does not like other dogs (though he's chill with cats). Ideally, we would like to see him going to a rural or regional area with plenty of space and little aggravation from other canines. He's not a latte sipping metro Melbourne kind of dog! We are prioritizing the well-being of Gus and subject to a suitability check ensuring he finds an ideal home. We are looking to match him with a loving and responsible owner.
