About Celia

Celia was picked up by Animal Control Officers on 11/2/24 following multiple reports about 3 large dogs abandoned in a vacant building lot, which ironically came a few hours after someone called wanting to surrender a family members 3 large mastiffs �٪�. Celia is the smallest of the 3 and has more looks of a Hound Dog breed than big mastiff, she presents herself as a very gentle girl that already knows many basic commands & appears to be housebroken. Since it's highly unikely they have an owner interested in busting their pets out of #DoggyJail Celia needs our help to find a proper home in a timely manner. HI!
