About Amira

Adoption Fee: $400
Great Pyrenees / Lab
Age: Puppy
Sex: Female

Meet Amira! The resilient pup who spent her whole life in the shelter, no seriously, her whole life! She entered the shelter at almost 4 weeks old and we pulled her a year and 2 months later on September 14! She's 29lbs! A bit shy at first meeting, but can you blame her? Once she gets a sniff of hello she will want to get as close as possible. She will put both paws around your neck and cuddle up with you as if to say I will love you forever unconditionally! She will try to get you to carry her, it's the cutest thing for those who like close proximity with their pup. She is a very friendly girl who can be timid at first but warms up very quickly. She is friendly, fun, playful, and while very loud while playing with other dogs, submissive. She does 'snappies' when trying to get the other dog to play just like TikTok famos Nala! https://www.tiktok.com/@lifelikecharlie/video/7332180008129121568?lang=en She's dog friendly, cats unknown, hasn't been around kids but no doubt she'll be good with respectful children, fast movement still startle this girl. Please don't make her wait another year in rescue hoping for someone to overlook the fact that she's a black dog.
