Nyla is Belgium Malinois mix. This nugget of love weights in at 40 lbs. She is extremely smart and very sweet. We rescued her off the euthanasia list the daybefore she was set to be euthanized. We have had her for a month now. She loves to run off leash and has an immediate recall when we call her. She walks decently on leash but could benefit a little more with some leash training. She would do best walking on leash with a harness. She has no food agression and loves all adults and children that she has met. She would need a slow intro to other dogs or a home as an only dog. She is roughly one year old give or take. I would guess that she may be a couple months younger than the shelter in Dallas claimed she is. Nyla is crate trained for a working person's 9-5 schedule or children's school schedules. She has had zero accidents in my house or crate since I have had her when she arrived a month ago. She loves snuggles on the couch while watching tv with you or while you read. She is my shadow in the kitchen while I cook and when I am outside. She is food motivated and very quickly learned to sit, paw, and laydown. She is an amazing jumper! She will make a fantastic dog for any tyoe of furever home that is active and likes hiking, walking, has a farm, or has a back yard. She also loves lakes, although she hasn't gone out swimming yet, she loves running through the water's edge! Nyla deserves her furever home after being abandoned at the kill shelter in Dallas to be euthanized. She is AMAZING and surprises me every single day!
