Meet Buddy! This poor little guy was found tied to a pole. We do not understand how someone could do that because is the sweetest little guy! He will be your little cuddle bug! We are guessing he is around a year old. He should not be in a home with cats or small creatures. He has an instinct to chase, but it is not aggressive at all.
