About Flounder

Looking for a new home for Flounder. We adopted him aprox a month ago after our poodle passed away from a mother and daughter that couldn't take him to their new home. We didn't realize he was as high energy as he could be when meeting him and would like to give him to someone more active as we are. He seems to be in good health and no sure but looks to be a pure breed Jack Russell. He house broken as long as he is able to get out as needed. We have a pet door but he doesn't seem to get that he can use it when ever he wants and only seems to go out or in when motioned or asked to. Not sure how he would be around other animals as he's an only pet not have we had him near children so not sure on that either. He would be a good dog around older adults that have the time for him is the only thing I can say at this point. He is located in Baltimore City near Parkville
