About Brownie

Experienced home needed... Brownie is a 6 yr old, 8 lb male chihuahua terrier mix. He can be temperamental & needs a home that can handle a little dog with a big attitude. Brownie has a grade 5 heart murmur. He would most likely not survive anesthesia so he could not be safely neutered. The murmur is believed to be genetic. No medication is needed at this time but he should be monitored in the future. He also has mild luxating patella, but cannot have surgery. He gets around fine & runs like the wind. We certainly don't expect anyone to spend thousands on vet care. Brownie simply needs a home to live out his life happily ever after. No kids due to his temperament. He has proven to be quite the bully with the other dogs in his foster home. A home without other dogs would be best unless you have training experience. One on one, Brownie can be affectionate & loves to cuddle. Brownie is being fostered in Harford county Md.
