About Cookie

Cookie is a 7/8 month old boxer mix that our family recently rescued from a high kill shelter in California. We are working with Jack's Dog Haven to find her a forever home. She is currently being fostered in Brooklyn, New York, but can be transported anywhere in New York or the surrounding states for the right family. Cookie is good with children and dogs, is house trained, crate trained, and comfortable in the car. She walks well on leash, especially given her age and having been in a shelter for so much of her life so far. She loves playing tug of war and is learning how to fetch, despite being awful at actually catching a tennis ball.
