Big dog in a tiny collar. Cyprus came to us in a chain collar that was digging into his neck and had to be cut off. He was also pretty dirty, but well fed. The things we see at the shelter never stop amazing us in the worst way. Cyprus has some manners, and he was eager to be friends. He is a nice young boy. Help us turn this life around for Cyprus.
