About Balto

Little Balto was found as a stray with his paw bandaged. even tho attempts were made to find his owner no one came. He is overweight, friendly, good with other dogs. He is neutered and has had all shots. Walks well on lead. The wounds on his paw have been treated and he is now looking for his forever home. He is currently fostered in Bradenton area. Great with other dogs, he is not fond of overly exuberant dogs in his face and will bark at them. He is great with dogs that keep their space and good with cats too!!! Quiet boy that just wants to be by your side, great for taking short walks with!! His foot has healed but he is down on his pastern so walks very slowly. He has not had much exercise in his past life so needs to start slow and build up. He had been shaved by the shelter and his hair is growing back in. We suspect he is a sheltie and a mini aussie.
