Dori is still looking for her family. She knows they are out there somewhere, but she is beginning to lose hope that she will find them. She has been in CO since January and doesn't understand why no one wants to adopt her! (She would be a great foster to adopt dog too). Dori is a 2.5yo boxer/pit mix with all the love to give. She absolutely loves to go for walks, loves to snuggle, and is a very silly, exuberant girl. She communicates her excitement by barking or woo woo-ing at you! Dori's perfect home would have at least one other dog her size with medium energy level, who enjoys playing chase. She needs a yard, NO cats (or other prey-type animals) and a very kind, patient human who will pamper her and love her unconditionally like she will love you. If you don't have a dog buddy already for her, then perhaps you could adopt her and her last 'puppy', Fergus (now a year old and 80 lbs). They get along famously and are quite the pair racing around the backyard playing. Fergus is half GSD and 100% good boy. Dori just wants to be around her humans and do whatever they do! If interested in meeting her (or Fergus), message me, or apply at: https://mountainmamapyrs.rescuegroups.org/forms They are being fostered in SE Aurora, CO
