About Roscoe

This guy is looking for his forever home!! A few months ago he had gotten loose and I was able to get in touch with his owners and return him. He got loose again and the owner will not answer or return my phone calls, and my messages were left on read!! It has been over a month, and owners do not want him, he was left on the street to fend for himself. He is a beautiful boy, he is very loving and full of energy! Probably around a year old, and he is unaltered. I have tested him with another dog and a small child, in both cases he did fine. He is just very hyper. He seems to do better with smaller dogs as well. I have enough dogs of my own, and one dog who is dog reactive, so I CANNOT keep him. All rescues that we have reached out to are full and overwhelmed and do not have placement for him. He needs to go to a home where the owner has had experience working with German Shepards.
