R/T was given to an elderly man as a puppy and has not had proper training and socializing. He has bitten the owner once when the owner, thinking R/T was through eating, grabbed his bowl and R/T bit him. So he does have food aggression. When he is groomed he has to be sedated. He is too much dog for his 70 year old owner. Will only adopt to someone who has extensive experience with this breed. Vet and personal references an absolute must. His last resort is euthanization.
