Based on the missing fur and indentation line above his nose, it's clear he has adorned the muzzle for a long time and likely was owned by someone in a community housing living situation. Sadly, Fievel's mom & dad never showed up to claim him & he's been very heartbroken about it :( Fievel initially arrived very upbeat enjoying pets & scratches (especially the butt scratches), but after his first night in #DoggyJail that tail went right down in between his legs and has been very scared of all the noises and commotion that goes on at the shelter.
