Maple was abandoned Friday morning on a jobsite in Hammond, LA. She clung to the building not knowing where she should go. Being such a gentle, sweet dog, we could not leave her alone. We ended up bringing her to the vet to scan for microchip, but none was found. At the vet, we got her up to date on vaccinations. She is a female bloodhound mix, apprx. 2 years old. Extremely friendly, gentle and intelligent. Gets along very well with kids, cats and other dogs. We would love to keep her. However, my current health condition (recent surgery) prevents us from taking her in. Please message me for any other info, and/ or if you are interested in rescuing this sweet girl.
