3 yr old, 40 lb Jorah is a sweet, friendly guy with a stunningly beautiful coat who was saved from euthanasia in an overcrowded southern shelter in the nick of time. But he's still in URGENT need of a foster or adopter! Right now, he is being temp-fostered by a long haul truck driver who is typically out on the road for a few weeks at a time. The problem is that when he is not on the road, his residence does not allow dogs of Jorah's size and breed so this coming week (10/30), he will have nowhere to go!! This means he's at risk of ending up in boarding or worse, back at a shelter. He has been great with all people that he has met, including strangers, he greets and interacts with other dogs calmly and appropriately (and although he will engage in play with other dogs for a few minutes, he prefers to be next to his person). He has even been non-reactive to cats! He is crate trained, not destructive to things around him, does not resource guard, knows basic commands, and takes treats gently. He's most content to just be in the company of people. ******* Please, if you can help Foster or adopt this nice boy, CALL / TEXT Aly at 732-604-0625 asap! ******* Thank you for caring about a pet in need!
