About Safyre

Safyre has been with our family since she was 17 weeks in 2015. In 2018 she moved in with family at a secondary home In Aripeka Hudson FL where she enjoyed more than an acre of six-foot fenced backyard. On 09/26/2024 Hurricane Helene destroyed the home and Sayre along with our relative had to be rescued from drowning at the property about midnight in the middle of the storm. As a result, my relative and Safyre are temporarily with us and homeless. While we would love to keep her, we already have two cats in a home where three of the persons living here are allergic to animals, one of which who has a health condition which requires she stay away from animals period. Something we found out two years ago when the situation ended up in two months of hospitalization. Safyre is loyal, loving smart and very quiet. She seldom barks and if it is a guard dog you want, this is not the dog for you. She is more of a loving companion who will display a protective side if she feels you are threatened. She is still very active for her age and behaves more like a young adult. She has a clean bill of health, no issues whatsoever all vaccinations shots up to date she is chipped and comes with all paperwork including proof of being Purebred.
