Oh my heart, one of my favorite breeds. So incredibly intelligent and driven. This breed is an ATHLETE! And so smart. He is pretty well behaved for a dog without a current job. Waylon is a bit scared of cats but not aggressive. He must have a history of being whacked. So with friendly cats, I think he would do ok. His best fit in a home will be one that challenges him; dock diving, agility, hiking, Frisbee, flyball, etc. No couch potato with the occasional walk sort of homes. Once processed and approved a meet and greet can be scheduled and if a match an adoption is finalized at that time. Adoption fee is $175 and all dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and treated for any known medical needs. Breeds are not guaranteed but often a best guess. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents. If a yard is present, a secure fence is required.
