About Peaches & Bowser #bond

Hey there, everyone! We're Peaches and Bowser, a bonded pair of calm, mellow, easygoing, people-pleasing, and affectionate Micro Bulldogs, aka Miniature Bulldogs, which is a designer breed that's a cross between the Bulldog and the Pug. We're brindle and white, weigh 23 pounds (female Peaches) and 29 pounds (male Bowser), and were born about October 2020. We get along great with everyone, including other dogs, and, like most bulldogs, we're especially fond of children. Despite our jowly, formidable appearance, we're docile, loyal companions who are kind but courageous, friendly but dignified. We're thick-set, low-slung, well-muscled bruisers whose 'sourmug' face is the universal symbol of courage and tenacity. Our compact size and small stature make us perfect for both apartments and larger homes. Our loose facial skin, furrowed brow, pushed-in nose, small ears, undershot jaw with hanging chops on either side, and our distinctive rolling gait all practically scream 'I'm a Bulldog!' But we're not lazy -- we enjoy brisk walks and need regular, moderate exercise to stay trim. Summer afternoons in Houston are best spent in an air-conditioned room as our short snouts can cause labored breathing in hot, humid weather. In fact, Miss Donna prefers that we be adopted by someone who understands from experience that we may have certain medical issues because of our flat muzzles. For example, our facial wrinkles need to be kept clean and dry as they are susceptible to irritation and infection. We need a new home because our beloved owner has to take her sister's kids and, when added to her kids, she is overwhelmed by caring for a total of six kids. So it's neither her fault nor our fault that we have to be rehomed. We are very closely bonded to each other, so Miss Donna is insisting that we be adopted together, within Texas, and preferably within metro Houston. Their adoption fee $400 each for dogs over 9 months. An application must be filled out prior to adoption.
