Coco 15yr, was found in the streets of Walnut, CA by someone else, and I offered to foster her to try to locate her family. it's been over a year and Unfortunately, no one came forward. Coco, is blind, and she's also losing her hearing. It breaks my heart to see her in her current condition, knowing that I am unable to give her the life they deserve.
