About Peanut

Peanut is a very sweet and loving girl. She's about 10 pounds and loves snuggling up in doors, and chasing squirrels outside. She was adopted from a home that had multiple chiweenie and dachshund litters and did not really have a lot of interaction with her previous owner, that was an older man. Men do make her a little uneasy and cause her to hide and bark. She has warmed up to my 18 month old daughter and has been my shadow for the last 3 years. It has been rough on her and my husband with the strained relationship and her constant barking at him. We're hoping to find her a loving home where she can be comfortable and herself with her new owner.
